Long story short we called it quits in 2020, but reformed this band in 2021 at the end of summer as a means to combat being severely depressed all pandemic long. I got the idea for the title of this collection of songs while reading a self-help book to help me cope with my anxiety. Is this the greatest mix and production quality you'll ever hear? No. This is a culmination of learning and struggling to make music happen with little to no money and hardly any skill with recording, essentially just powered by the will to make literally anything happen. Breydon and I said we'd do it, so we held ourselves accountable and did the most DIY approach to a release we could.
Thank you for listening, this collection of songs opened up many doors for us.
